  1. Define the Requirements

    Agree on the work scope, schedule, and required documentation before work begins. Identify the inspection, calibration, testing, and turnover records needed for the project.

  2. Coordinate the Work

    Coordinate field services, repair-shop support, parts, and procurement around the agreed scope. Maintain the applicable work records as activities are completed.

  3. Review & Hand Over

    Review and provide the agreed work documentation at handover. Confirm any outstanding items and the requirements for ongoing maintenance or follow-up support.
