TOLKO HIGH PRAIRIE OSB MILL

Work consisted of rebuilding the forming, press, and finishing lines of the OSB mill. This included all new electrical distribution, control systems, fire monitoring system, new high bay LED lighting, commissioning support, and all supporting infrastructure necessary for these systems.

PACIFIC CANBRIAM PHASE IV EXPANSION

Installation and commissioning of all new equipment related to the facility, tank farm, and bullet areas expansion. This included new generator package, 4160v distribution, inlet separation, compression, refrigeration, de-ethanizer, and all associated electrical, instrumentation, control systems, and supporting infrastructure necessary for these systems.

GIBSON TANK STORAGE FACILITY

CARBON MANAGEMENT CANADA CARBON CAPTURE, UTILIZATION & STORAGE FACILITY

CDN’s role was to interpret the design and functionality of the facility to meet Canadian industry standards. CDN was responsible for securing land approvals, permitting, surveying, pipeline crossing agreements, initial feed study engineering, full detailed engineering, lease road and fence building, septic tank and cable/pipe trenching, electric service and instrumentation and control equipment.

CONUMA COAL WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Installation and commissioning of all LV power from plant transformers, LV MCC equipment, racking, cabling, motor control, power distribution from utility distribution boards, fiber optic network, cable supports and mounting brackets necessary for these systems.

ARC WELLPAD & PREWIRE

Fabrication, installation, and commissioning of all new equipment required to complete the wellpad program. This included pre-fabrication of rack modules, meter skids, process buildings, and electrical and control system buildings. Site installation of all required equipment for each unique wellpad and supporting infrastructure necessary for these systems.

BOREA WHEATCREST SOLAR

CDN handled all the electrical work for this 75 MW solar project, covering everything after the substation. They installed 16 power inverters and Vista switch pads, 290 combiner boxes, and setup over 6,400 meters of above-ground electrical cabling and managed off-site assembly of wiring for the solar panels for increased installation efficiency.

NUVISTA 06-19 WEMBLEY COGEN PROJECT

Installation of one Titan 130 gas turbine generator with waste hear recovery unit (WHRU). Providing 12.2 to 18.3 MW of power, this system includes a thermal hot oil system, atmospheric tank, stabilizer recoiler, instrument air compressor addition.

PEMBINA PHASE 8 EXPANSION

Upgraded five main pump stations by installing new mainline and booster pumps. Also added new motor control centre (MCC) buildings to support a 5KV power system upgrade for the pumps.

2024 ARC BULK KAKWA PRE-WIRE

This year-long 2024 project involved the complete electrical and instrumentation installation and commissioning of five combo test separator buildings, 37 wet meter modules, and 30 Piperack modules.
