For nearly 15 years, Kolten Dion has been building his career at CDN.

What started as a parts helper position in the shop has grown into a career as an Electrical Journeyperson, with Kolten gaining hands-on experience across electrical, instrumentation, QA/QC and Major Projects along the way.

But his growth at CDN goes beyond his own career. Kolten has become someone his teammates can count on, whether they need guidance, a second opinion or someone willing to share what he’s learned from years working in the skilled trades.
