Written by CDN | Jun 16, 2026 2:48:38 PM

Last year, we launched the Talented People Driven to Grow video series to highlight the people behind our success. Now we’d like to put the spotlight on Tyler Knutsvik.

Tyler started with InPhase/CDN in 2016 as an Electrical & Instrumentation Apprentice, working under Mike Lyster. Through hard work and mentorship, he earned his Instrumentation Journeyman certification and has grown into a Foreman role.

While Tyler's growth has been impressive, it's his character that people remember. He shows up with a positive attitude, takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares about the people around him. His career journey is a great example of how skilled trades professionals can build rewarding careers through dedication, leadership, and the support of a strong team.

Tyler's story reflects the values that drive our people-first culture and commitment to developing talent from within.
